Transfer or evolve
I ve got 77.8% chansey (lvl20) and Larvitar 80% below lvl 20. Before event I hatched my first 3 larvitars and only one was 82.2% :/ I evolved him into B/C so I suppose 80% is not worth 125 candies (got 7 now). I m not sure if I should evelove them or transfer. I'm also running low on space in my bag so I would like to transfer some mons but I am not sure which. Just to explain - I'm trying to not power up mons below 82%.

Lapras 75.6% W/H ~1400 CP- are water moves worth on Lapras? GP rates this moveset as A. Got another one 84.4, same CP but F/IB.
Hitmonlee 77.8% L/S ~1300 CP
electabuzz lvl20 84.4 L/T - is there a chance that thounder will be valuable move?

People should really just evolve only when they can evolve and also powerup in one swoop...
Or at least have a clear plan on what to do. I suppose this is why we have so many of these questions...
Bite/Crunch is good for T-rex IMO...also, movesets can change and T-rex is worth more to me as a gym defender since it has the highest CP...You maybe able to change moves in the future as well so if it was me and I had a high IV Larvitar, I'd take the plunge and hope for Bite/SE or Bite/Crunch.
That said, I wouldn't have evolved the 80%, but I am a very patient person in this game so even though I have 230+ candies, I still don't have a T-rex yet and have no issues waiting.
If the moveset is all you care about evolving, then be prepared to be very disappointed since usually, you have 1/6 to get that moveset and in some cases, people have gone 20 times+ to get the right moveset...
If you have a hard rule to now power up < 80%, then don't bother evolving something less than 80% to begin with...
I had near 600 Chansey candies and only evolved 2 Blisseys...Take your time for the right candidates (Lvl 36 here).
