No once a Pokemon has been traded it can not be traded to anyone else.

tho i do hope Niantic will implement some kind of cooldown mechanism to trading, like a traded mon can be traded again after maybe 90 days.

so once the trade is done, i just transfer/delete them. no point in keeping them, because after 112 trades.... i have YET to get a pokemon above 80% IV. just completely pointless to trade unless it's for something not in the 'dex. and right now, that's only regionals.
