You obviously realize you need to essentially be standing right next to the person right? Or you could roll the dice and spoof, but at that point just get one yourself.

If you're looking to do it legally. Then you need the needle-in-a-haystack chance of finding someone on here that lives so close to you that trading isn't an ordeal. That being said, might be worth mentioning your zip code so others might be able to help you out.

I lucked out in that my circle of players is large and well traveled. For almost two years people in our group promised that, if trading ever happened, they would trade me and others Mr. Mime and Kangaskhan. Got Mime last week and Kangaskhan today.

Are you looking for current movesets or legacy?

...but kind of useless unless you live nearby, and if you do you can get your own, other than legacy movesets.

There is a way around the trade local only restriction. Certainly not going to post it here. Just a heads up for the legitimate trainers.
