Top 12 CP Screenshot

I had a moment of weakness last night and blew 500K in stardust to power up my pokemon... yes, you heard me right, 500K. I had 600K and now down to 100K. I tried holding out as long as u could for Gen2, but I became bored of the game and thought this would get me back into it. I have some buyer's remorse as my long term goals were likely sacrificed but that's how it goes sometimes I guess. More grinding to do. The Thanksgiving stardust event helped he most, so hopefully Christmas will have something similar. The result is the screenshot below. I know, not that impressive compared to he hard core players here, but this is where I stand today at Level 32.

I know I know, might not be very impressive to some. At Level 30 (not having spent anything on the game) I still miss Dragonite, Gyarados and a quality Arcanine.

But I'm still pretty damn proud of my guys here.

Sweet lineup! Nice choices to power up! Impressive given that you haven't spent $ on the game. I spent a little on incubators. Rhydon is on top! When u get your Dragonite, I bet he will be #1 on your list!

Rather than showing a bunch of Dragonite, Gyarados and Vaporeon, I will show my top 12 all different Pokémon. I'm still working on powering some of them up.

I meant I could have shown my actual top 12 nut that would have been mostly Dragonite, Gyarados and Vaporeon so I favorited my top 12 different Pokemon to show.

That's quite impressive, indeed... haha but here in Brasil metagame has only room for 2600+ pokemon AT LEAST.

I have more Vaporeon, Gyarados and Dragonite but I wanted to show top 12 different Pokémon. In my town there are never level 10 gyms so getting in with high CP is not so important :P

I'm jealous of your Snorlaxes guys but happy to have hatched 2 Lapras. Having a lot of fun with Pinsir as well.

That's quite a collection for a lvl 28, I must tell you

2 hatched Lapras and grinded 2 Gyarados?! Solid work for your level! Keep grinding!

I've got mine only about 2400. Just waiting the next event so I'll grind some dust and power that baby up

I spend a lot. He is 10-15-15 with perfect move set. he is so cool to use and to this day never lost to a snorlax with it. Just dodge... He is wicked, loce him.. Brazil players are highly competitive. Really nice to play here. I also use my rhydons against snor. One mudahot earthquake, other mud and stone edge/ both over 3k cp.

Level 32, no GPS spoofing, and didn't start until 7/16.

I don't mind low IV's:) have a 2946 56iv dragonite too lol. Lvl 33, lots of money spent. Lots of dust spent on fun mons.

Nice! I only evolved one MaChamp with weakest moveset. Close to trying again. When I get him, I will power him up like you did. Working on powering my Venusaur too.

Mine doesn't have optimal moveset, it took months just to get one though so I said screw it. I like his animations too.

Don't have buyers remorse your lineup is awesome man. I want that alakazam in the corner, I keep getting the absolute worst moves(2 evolves so far)

You have a perfect Slowbro! What moveset? I haven't been able to get a Slowbro above 80%, let alone with a top moveset.

And you have a Chansey! Chansey is my new Lapras/Snorlax. Can't find or hatch one (I have once early on but transferred it because I was a dumbass).

Con/psy. I'm afraid when gen 2 comes out there will be a 3rd evolution, I'd be too afraid to do it.

I hatched a few chanseys in a short time, one must've been during Halloween because I powered that one and still have 50+ candy. Hopefully blissey isn't 100...

Oh and chansey has "1 battle won" the first few days of use. I'm pretty proud of her/him. Wish I could have seen it.

I'm on the cusp whether to bring my Exeguttors up, since they kind of got effectively nerfed. Thoughts? They are all around 2300-2500 right now.

Honestly, they're just gym fillers now, and in my town, they'll sit pretty low in the gyms. If yours have Solar Beam though, it still might be worth powering up. They're still beastly. Unless you already have a strong Venusaur. I have evolved 6 Venusaur, but I'm yet to get one with Vine Whip :(

Yeah, same Exeguttor CP issue here, except I saw a 2700 one yesterday (level 34 player).

I have one Venusaur. I sat on an 84 IV bulbasaur for a long time, waiting for a better one, but eventually gave up and evolved him. Got Vine Whip and Solar Beam. I love it, it's fun to attack with, so he's up to 2186 CP now. The only thing is that it's got such a fat backside, I can barely see what the defender is up to.

Two beam Exeguttors, one zen, one confusion, but I like fighting the Venusaur.

Hahah, mine Rhydon is also named Rocksteady. :) Currently around 2000 cp lower though.

Level 30. Working on a couple more snorlaxes, and need to catch a few dratini to move my dragonites back up the ladder.

You can only earn 100 Pokécoins per time, so putting 11 Pokémon is generally useless unless raising the gyms' high prestige.

I over gym in case a couple get bumped out before I can collect.

Same. I try to get at least 12-15 a night just in case.

How in the world do you guys get in so many gyms lol. Here in Taiwan gyms are super far apart, and get taken down in like 2 minutes (even when I put in 3000CP Dragonite or 2600CP Lapras)

I don't go during prime time. I'll wait until after midnight and make the rounds. I memorized all the gyms in my town, so I make a quick drive to each of them. I'm not picky if it's friendly or enemy gyms, I'll boost or take them out so I can plant something lol. Usually, come morning I'll be left with about 6-8 gyms, and more will be lost as the day goes on, then I repeat it again after midnight. It's easier to drive around too when traffic is gone (I'm in Los Angeles, California).

All best offensive moves. Love my golem(mud shot/stone edge), alakazam(psycho cut/psychic)

I'm so glad someone said it. Legacy golem is amazing. I've got 2 mud shot/stone edge golems and since the update they've been as good as my top tier pokes. Most under rated attacker right now...

Level 31. The Rhydon and Dragonite and 2 Snorlaxes are the only things I've powered up. I'm sitting on quite the stash of stardust, but once I decide to spend it my top 12 will look a lot different.
