Is this Togetic move set a legacy?

I walked my Christmas hatched Togepi buddy and proudly managed to evolve it the day before Gen2 dropped. In the excitement of Gen2 and discovering that wild Togetics made mine less rare, I kind of ignored it. I just went back to look at her move set and Poke Genie has SW listed as a legacy quick move. I'm asking because she's not on the GamePress list of Legacy Pokemon that I can see. Does anyone know how SW/DG stacks up against the currently available move sets?

yes, before the update his quick moves were ZH and SW, now HP and Ex

I've got one too. Probably the rarest mon out there today, and the moveset is great on def.

I just fired up my game to check the one I evolved back in December and it's got SW too!
