Togetic catch rate?

to me they are just as annoying as murkrow, not any more or less, but it was annoying.

My first one I got with one or maybe a few balls, but the second one I ever saw refused 20 ultra balls and some additional great balls, all with berries. I bailed out in order to reload my ball collection at a gym and stop, but then the Togetic disappeared.

Niantic said it was a bug which caused togetic catch rate to be too low, they modified or ''fixed'' later on, i dunno if it was really a bug or they wanted togetic to be very rare catch but people complaining made them fix or either change it

I've seen a lot more of them lately. I had two spawn yesterday from the same spot. I'm saving those candies for Gen 4.

Had two next to each other the other day. One i caught after a couple of balls but the other ran from me even though i fed it about 10 goldens with ultra balls. bad luck me.

togetic has always been that way, i don't think they've changed the catch rate.
