Togetic Catch Rate?

After reading community's feedback on the extremely low catch rate or Togetic, I'd experience it myself last night. I think I spend a total of almost 100 Pokeballs of mix type and somewhere ~40 raspberries (all the I had)... I did eventually catch my first Togetic but I strongly think it's because I got the Critical Catch. Anyone else like to share their Togetic catching experience?
