Togepi Candy from Hatch

I've gotten as little as 10 candies for a Togepi hatch, so this is definitely double the amount though, my 5km egg had 200m to go when the event started and when it hatched I was given 32 candies.

I guess the maximum amount of candies you can receive is doubled.
Though 21 is in the normal range.
I hatched a Togepi too, more than a week ago and got 21 candies.

Nope, I got 21 Togepi candies before the event through 1 hatch, depends on luck, but the minimum is 4, while the maximum being 40. The event doubles the candies, so the maximum should be around 80.

One hatch several weeks ago for 18 candies.
