TM use on Machamp or what ?

I have 2 charged TM's and 1 fast TM, still haven't used any TM. I have a lvl 20, 96% IV machamp with BP-CC, that is my priority mon for fast TM. My questions are:
1) would you use the fast TM on him ? or on another mon (for example, 91% lapras with watergun - icebeam) ? or just wait for another case ?
2) would you use a charged TM on him ? I just read the story of a poor guy living a machamp TM nightmare, don't really want to live it, but could someone give an approximate difference in power between the two charged moves ?
3) Would you use a charged TM on a 93% Scizor with Fury Cutter - Nightslash or is it just not worth it ?

The result of using a fast TM is known, because there is only one other fast move (except for legacy fast moves). So basically it just depends on whether you want a C/CC Machamp or FB/IB Lapras.
I'd recommend using Charge TM's on mons with the worst move of the 3 possible. Like the Scizor, but again it depends on whether you really want a better Scizor or something else.
Yes I know that, but what I wanted to ask is "is a machamp worth using a fast TM", especially knowing that we can get high IV machamps from raids.
Same is for scizor, do you think it would be useful or not ? I think a gamepress guide for optimal TM use would be interesting, even though it partially depends on the needs and mons of each and others
I would use a fast TM on the Machamp and a charged on the Scizor.
From what I've read and been told theres about a 10% difference between DP and CC on the Machamp, but if you get HS you may aswell not bother using it so I wouldn't, I'm in exactly the same predicament as you with 2 98% BP\CC and I won't use a charged TM on it
As for Scizor, FC\XSc is just so ridiculously good against grass and psychic types that it is worth the gamble
