Leave it. TM's are rare. Current system isn't about maximizing defending.

Leave it alone for now.

I have two Blisseys. One with ZH, DG and the other with P, HB.
The P, HB one is a good attacker. I would leave it the way it is.

I currently use my P/HB one for attacking since it is over 3000CP. I plan to keep it that way for now. It can roll through a whole gym of 6 as it stands now.
