I suppose useful against exeggutors and other psychics.... other than that, just to have the best move set on 100% mons

don't waste tm's on a pidgeot.. do yourself a favor and save them for top tier pokemons

It is your mon and your TM.
If it makes you feel good, then do it.

If you did. You could use him as a fun attacker into Machamp and Exeggutor raids.

Steel Wing is still pretty good, Air Slash is very slow on attack, I'd hold off.

(Of course, I'm the kind of guy who has 2 100% Raticates below level 10 that I named "Dirty" and "Sexy", so my advice might not be the wisest to take.)

There is no conceivable reason to use a TM on a Pidgeot.
