TM HM idea
We all know implementing TM's and HM's could make the game too easy to get a high IV Digemon with a perfect moveset but after 10+ tries, getting another unusable moveset starts becoming rediculous.
My proposal is evolution candies. Each time you evolve (in this case) an Arcanine, you'd get an Arcanine candy, not a Growlithe candy. Once you've obtained 6 (the odds of an ideal moveset being 1 in 6) Arcanine candies, you could spend those in combination with a rare TM or HM (that you'd hopefully get from defeating gyms) to teach that move to your preferred Arcanine.
Thoughts?

Haha I try to throw in Digemon every once and a while to keep people on their toes.
My idea for distributing them is once you've taken down a gym, it would turn white. To make it your color, you would flip it like how you would spin a pokestop. Once it's flipped, it would turn your color and distribute random items primarily for gym use: potions, x attack, revives and at a lesser rate, TM's and HM's (based on how good they are).
All I can read is Digemon?!?! That really hurts my eyes...
About TM or HM I don't think they are gonna make it really complicated in order to use them, seems that they are trying to make the game as easy as posible so my bet is that TM and/or HM will be pretty rare but don't think we gonna need to combine them with other items or currency in order to use. Probably we will have the option to buy some of them in the store with pokécoins (not the most rare ones). But I think the regular TM or HM will be just another item like evolution ones on your bag, use them and teach a mon that can learn that move.
The other option is a reroll moveset item instead of TM or HM, again I think if this is the way they do it it will be just an item on the bag, we can discuss their rarity but I don't think again they want to complicate it too much in order to use it.
In the case you talk about for example needing 6 Dragonite evolutions in order to be able to use a Dragonite TM is just crazy, still a lot of players don't have their first Dragonite after a year of game...Tell them to wait 6 years to change the moves...
