Why would you waste TM on a grass knot breloom? Shroomish are a borderline nuisance spawn at this point, it’s a decent grass Pokémon but it will soon be outclassed just go out and catch yourself a nice weather boosted one and evolve it and save your TMs for something a little bit more useful
