TM DT/DP dragonite?

Hu is a downgrade against Rayquaza. If that's your intended use, only TM if you have enough to burn to get OR for sure.

I wouldn't change a Legacy move set on a Dragonite solely for the purpose of requiza.

Requiza has many weaknesses, including Dragon, ice (2x) and rock.

Yes, TM it to Outrage. But Hurricane isn't better than DP against Rayquaza.

Given that trading is not in the game right now, nor does outrage damage yourself in this game, the sensible way is to TM it, but do remember that you can never go back to DP, even though it is worse.

Do note that Dragon Pulse is not strictly worse than Outrage as claimed on this site. It still dodges 0.30 seconds faster than outrage.

I have one too and am staying put. Even though they haven't messed with the moves in a while, I'd be kicking myself if DP was ever made a 3 bar move.

Make sure you have at least 2 tms or have fun with getting hyper beam.
