TM Dilemma

So, I've just gotten my second TM (the first I used to get a double-ice move Lapras), and I have an IT/C Tyranitar and a SW/O Dragonite. Which do I use it on? I only have one of each Pokémon.

The higher iv one. Or the higher Lv one

Well depends on the level and IV's but given those are about equal, I'd go for Tyranitar, Dragonite is never the optimal choice in raids, but tyranitar is the best dark type attacker, so getting a B/C one is a pretty good deal.

Same here, yesterday. I finally got that elusive charge TM at a lvl 3 raid. Used it on my B/FB Tyranitar (which I had already used a fast TM on to get rid of IT). Now I have a B/C that I'm looking forward to test driving this evening.

Just consider from moveset, I'd choose tyanitar as it matters more in raids.

Note: it's a fast TM. I'd never dream of changing Outrage or Crunch.

Well. I used it on the ttar. Hopefully it works out.

I used my first fast TM on my Ttar (as mentioned previously). My SW Dragonite was 2nd in line (now has DT/H). I'm using the same order with charge TMs. I used the only one I've gotten to date on the Ttar yesterday, and the next one will go to my other Dnite with DB/HB.
