TM Bugs?

Just today, I was about to start TMing my mons and noticed a weird phenomenon. After clicking on a Fast TM, I would be brought to the mon's page and I would sort by "number".

Because I wanted to TM some IT/C or IT/SE Tyranitars into B, I used the scrolling on the right and scrolled to the bottom since T-Rex is pretty much the last mon besides Lugia. But instead of seeing Tyranitar and Lugia, the bottom was composed of my few Unowns, Articunos, Moltres, Zapdos but all appear grayed out or just unusual colors.

Has this happen to anyone? I didn't want to try to apply the Fast TM on one of them to see what will happen. Is it becuz those mons only have one Fast move? That's the only reason I can think of.
