I think it's a ton of candy and some TMs to power it up. 100IV is nice, but a level 20 90IV is not that different and requires less candy. If that was your question.

Level 10? def not. Evolve and TM/power up another one level 20 82.2%+ ivs.

Myself speaking...

Go for it. With TMs and infinite source of dust (yes..it takes awhile to farm, but there's no limit to it) you can get a perfect Machamp there...with the perfect moveset. The IVs are the only thing you can not improve...and they cant be any better.

The more efficient and combat effective answer however...would be to use another one yeah...with IVs upper 80 or more, the difference isnt huge. And maybe you can get a very similar result by spending less dust and TMs.

(i would still invest in the 100% though myself, i know that for sure xD)
