Tired of Togetics keep fleeing

I don't know what is happening, recently, I encountered 4 Togetics, and only caught 1, 3 of them had fled! There are other Togetics on the nearby screen, but just couldn't reach them, though.

Wow, a Togetic nest? Congrats, good luck getting the candy for a future Togekiss! (distant future)

On another note, that is just really bad luck. Sorry it worked that way.

Here isn't a Togetic nest, but to give you a point, it is about as rare as Donphan, and more common than Flaffy.

I saw one togetic on the day gen 2 launched. I ran half a mile uphill in the rain to get to it only for it to flee. Haven't seen another one since. Count your blessings

Were you using a ultra ball or a great ball? I saw a post somewhere about a much BETTER catch rate on Togetics using just a great ball vs. an ultra ball and I've seen it myself on numerous occasions. I would go through many ultra balls before they would just flee while my son would catch on 1st try using a great ball. I've subsequently used just great balls for Togetics and now always catch them after a maximum of maybe two balls.
