For those of you with new T5 raid

Does it use the standard T5 hps, or the new Mew2 boosted HPs?

Doesn't spawn for me for a couple hours but its obviously out in some places

First raids will be in 1:36 from now (1 PM PDT + 45 min for egg)

Yes, it's not like community day. Same start time worldwide. Our Asian friends won't see it until they wake up tomorrow morning (assuming they keep normal hours).
