Is third party app to check mon's stats been blocked/ban today?

I noticed today that I'm unable to login to many third party app to check mon's stats? Anyone experience the same problem? The affected app are All G2, IV Calculator Pro and IV Go (android).

Poke genie still works fine. Sadly IOS only

We don't have to log into poke genie and the app do not connects to Niantic servers :). But is not yet updated with latest move changes, I guess it will be in a couple of days.

Just received email from All g2 developer. It is claiming that there is global pokemon server change. Can anyone confirm the server change?
