Anyone notice more gyms popping up? I've been noticing more popped up in her under construction on lot more

Just came on to post this very thing.

Yes. Some of the pokestop turns to be the gym.

I haven't yet noted any. I haven't been out since they went down though.

I did notice that new spawn points were added. My work went from 1-2 mons right where I sit.

I noticed new spawn points too! I have only been out in my neighborhood today, and definitely noticed some changes.

Just switched on the app and yep, saw a new gym nearby. Great!

Looks like roughly 1.5x the number of gyms in my downtown urban core. Crazy!

Makes sense since gyms will now only hold 60% as many mons.

1.5x is accurate according to my city, we went from 4 to 6 and have new spawn points as well as different rare-spawn locations.

A bunch of pokestops have turned into gyms, basically doubling the number of gyms I can see from my desk.
Still can't reach anything from my desk:(, no spawn point, no stops, no nothing.

Yes, I noticed that Bryant Park now have 2 gyms in it and turned into Scyther nest with new spawn points. The also placed another gym about 3 blocks down.

Today while out for a walk in saw 2 extra gyms popped up at Columbus Circle.
