Is there a use to learn two charged moves on Elekid?
I have a 15/15/14 Elekid which I intend to power-up as an Electivire. Before I evolve it, is it worthwhile to teach it a second charged move?
For Electivire, Wild Charge is easily its best charged move in raid battles, but I thought Thunder Punch could still potentially be useful as it requires less energy, and TP or Thunder may be useful in PvP (am unsure). Having a second charge move also decreases the likelihood of me requiring Charged TMs to learn Wild Charge (I have 6 Charged TMs).

I'm not sure that Electivire benefits much from any charge move besides Wild charge. However, being 100 percent sure of getting Wild charge within one cTm is worth 10,000 dust in my opinion. You could cycle all 6 tms and still not have WC after evolve.
An Electivire without WC isn't worth spitting at in raids. Lol
If you were going to use Electivire in PvP, it would be quite useful to have wild charge (high damage per energy) and thunder punch (low energy cost). Wild charge would be your standard, and thunderpunch useful to get an attack in before another fast attacker.
That said, electivire is too squishy and has too limited a type spread to be useful in pvp - it only has electric attacks, which are only super effective against 2 types.
So basically no.
