Is there a site with an accurate Lapras IV calculator?
Just hatched my first Lapras.
I don't use phone-based IV calculators, just website-based ones like the one here and the one at pokeassistant.com.
None of them appears to have been updated for the NERFed Lapras. Is there a way to calculate the IVs short of resorting to an app that logs into my account?

Not all phone IV calculators require access to your account or do the work for you. There are plenty that work the same as those online, some with an overlay that is very useful for getting the right level. I recently downloaded an app called 'Toolkit for Pokemon Go' which has a really good IV calculator, probably the smoothest I've found. Some of the other stuff it has is useless, but you can just ignore it.
