There should be an extra free pass for tier 1-3 raids

I posted this idea elsewhere, it's such a perfect idea it's worthy of a thread.

No one's really doing those raids unless they're desperate to get rid of a spare pass. But give people a daily free *mini pass* that can only be used on tier 1-3 raids and you'll see some people doing them! They could even be bought in the shop, for 50 coins each! More Wonga for Niantic!!

This seems an excellent compromise between Niantics stubbornness and that ridiculous petition there was that called for Niantic to allow everyone to do all tier 1-3 raids for nothing.

In my area is the oposite. It's harder to get a group together for T4 T5 raids , so the majority me included is forced to do T1-T3 raids. So not a good idea for me:)

EDIT: Ireally like doing T3 raids cause its the only really challenging thing at this time in pogo.. Achieved victory over all T3 raidbossses except Ninetales and Confusion alakazam and its kind of satisfying to achieve this alone.

then you'd be able to do an extra tier 3 boss a day ;)

I like your attitude. Too bad most players are obsessed with doing tier 5's with 20 people then bragging how good they are!!

As the magikarp explodes as soon as the raid loads.

What makes that even more ridiculous is that there were two Groudon eggs visible from the game screen and Magikarps are common trash in Singapore.

I'd like that, even though i do T1 and T2s if no easy T3s are around. But Niantic would probably still not add mini pass since current system forces you to buy passes from the store if there are more raids you want around.

That's just the request of a fickle "retired" player.
The system is how it is. Some people dump their free pass most days. Some would use many every day. But everybody gets one for free daily, which is enough for either raids tier.

I would counter that the raids that the fewest people do are the non-tyranitar/absol tier 4 raids. No one is getting together small groups to do a blastoise or venusaur raid, unless they were desperate to win one at a sponsored gym before ex passes were handed out.

Did 2 Venus raids. 1 failed raid with a quality group the day Niantic briefly had ridiculously buffed the raid bosses and 1 other shortly after that just to put a raid Venus in inventory on the off chance that the EX invites would be based upon diversity of raiding. Also did blastoise just to get a raid version in inventory. Since that didn’t work, haven’t done any other of the non-useful L4.

Can’t say I know anyone, even newer players, who has done nidos or Victreebel. I think you do still get interest in Lapras and Snorlax on occasion.
