Is there anything I can do?

Lately I've been losing all the mons I had previously put on the gyms near my area. There are not a lot of trainers around where I live, and so the nearer 3 gyms have been lvl10 since now a couple of months. Thing is, day by day my pokemons rank lower in the gyms because of people with multiple accounts (most of them spoofing) kicking mons to put theirs in.

Is this seen as cheating? Is there anything I can do to prevent or fight back? Feels terrible

Of course this is seen as cheating. If they're dumb enough to name their accounts foobar1, foobar2, foobar3 etc. you can screenshot it and report them (worked here, didn't see them again), but otherwise you have little chance to prove it.

I wish there was a way for Niantic to detect these folks, so they could be summarily vaporized with a bolt of lightning.

I think it would be safe to assume that folks that cheat with alt accounts, also cheat in any other way they can, so they have mons that have greater CP than they would have if they were real players. That makes it worse, since they can shove their undeserved mons in gyms they have no business being in.

Not that I'm bitter or anything.

Two friends of mine (team Valor and Instinct) went with a car to numberous cities, they helped each other to be on lvl 10 Gyms. Is assume this is legal, isn't it?

This is absolutely impossible to verify.

What if I tell you that I have no brother or sister, but I can have 2 cellphones.
Who can prove that my brother couldn't play on my 2nd cellphone since he doesn't even exist?
This is me playing on 2 phones...

I'm not cheating, and I have only one cellphone, and the mentality of players doing this is absolutely disgusting.
They are worse than FakeGPS.
FakeGPS at least are annoying their ennemies. But those guys are killing their teammates!
Men do you have honor?
