Theory about “late raid eggs”.

“A raid is about to start near you” even though there are no raid eggs of the colour shown, is linked to “late eggs”, raid eggs popping up without a full hour. The raid egg is already there on Niantic servers, but for whatever reason doesn’t appear in game.
