Looks good unless it has Focus Blast. You might want to think of what you will do if it has Focus Blast. For example, I have a Gardevoir with Confusion / Shadow Ball that I would have swapped in.

There is not much to say. Just make sure you don't start out with Gengar. You'll need Tyranitar or Mewtwo to potentiall6 absorb those first two quick confusions.

Against C/F lead Tyranitar and maybe swap in some Dragonites. Also, check weather forecast and look at https://www.pokebattler.com/raids
For example, if you have sunny weather, you could consider Moltres, Entei, or Groudon.

Won’t matter unless you have a sizable raid team. Worry more about networking that ex-raid pass instead of your team.

As others have mentioned, your team should be just fine, so long as you have enough other people attending the raid as well.

The only change I would make is to move Gengar into your first slot (and if Mewtwo has Confusion, make sure you start off by dodging the first two Confusions that get rapid fired at the start of the match). The reason for this is because Mewtwo starts the battle with zero energy, giving Gengar more time to get in charged attacks before Mewtwo fires it's charged attack. The last thing you'd want is if your Gengar comes out later in the match right when a charge move goes off, and instantly faints.
