Teaching a 2nd Charged TM

If I taught a Pokemon a 2nd charged TM attack, then proceeded to evolve that Pokemon, would the evolved form then know 2 charged TM's, or would I have to teach the evolved form again?

Yes, the evolved form will know 2 charge moves. It especially useful on baby Pokemon since the second move is cheaper on them.

Thank you, I'm just now realizing I should have done it to my Elekid. I'll just do it to my Riolu now.

You wouldn't see much benefit with a second move on Elekid. All of Electivire's charge moves are Electric-type and Wild Charge is significantly better than the other two in terms of damage per energy.
Thunder Punch only has a slight use in that you can fire off one before you get enough energy for Wild Charge, but considering that Wild Charge is 2-bar, these situations are rare.

I dont have any Charged Tm replacers, so having 25 candies and 10k Stardust to have a higher chance at getting wild charge would be great for me. My Electivire has Thunderpunch so I was kinda disappointed in that.
