Survey: How should skill replacement be added?
1) Random reroll: as Stormbeard99 recently posted about, you would buy an item from the pokeshop that would reroll your Pokemon's moveset like a new catch.
2) Buy specific TMs: They could sell TMs from their shop as well, and you could get exactly what you want.
3) Every daily spin you get a random TM: This encourages the daily play even further and makes you super excited when you get that TM you wanted. Consequently they would also add a new item inventory for just TMs (starting at 150 capacity). This is my favorite option.
4)Spend half the candy it takes to evolve that Pokemon to reroll the moveset. For example it costs 100 to evolve Machoke to Machamp, so you would spend 50 candies to reroll a Machamp instead. The sacrifice here is you give up the chance to make another Machamp in hopes of upgrading a previous one. This is my second favorite option, closely falling behind random TMs.
5) Spend stardust to reroll a Pokemon. Self explanatory... so all those people with tons of stardust have something to do with it.

If I was them:
I would impliment TMs this way. Every catch has a chance to drop a TM. The TM would be one of the moves the Catch Has. Chance would be roughly equal to the chance of an Evolution item on a Spin. They could factor in rareness of spawn to make the overall odds a bit better for rarer moves.
The funnest part would be 7 Day Catch = Guarantee Item.
So do you wait on 7th day, for something "Good" that might have a move you want. do you catch something.
Keep in mind, you wouldn't know what moves the pokemon has you are catching. Nor would you know if the TM is the quick move or not. So if your 7th Day first catch is a Dratini you would have a chance of getting:
Dragonbreath, Iron Tail, Aqua Tail, Twister, or Wrap
- No thanks...not more pay-to-win
- See point 1
- Daily? Seriously?
- Half? Why half? If you want an advantage you don't already get then it should be the same amount or more.
- Very few with tons of stardust are wondering what to do with it, they are just being selective - and if they are wondering what to do with it then they are not the type of player that care about movesets anyway.
I like the option where you are able to still go out and catch more and you get another shot at the moveset, when you have enough candy and a candidate.
Out of the options given, I like 4 The best.
3 could be interesting if you could "save" your TM drop until you caught a Mon that might have the moves you want. You would use it from the XP screen before you know what moves the Mon has and you could not get a second TM drop until you used the first one.
I think that TM should be a reward for battling. Maybe you get one for a poke faint his 100th opponent or cumulatively defeating 100X his CP. This would get you to use some different Mon (Miltank for Body Slam, maybe).
