Stupid EX Raid Question? Probably...

The first EX battle is coming to my city this Sunday. I unfortunately didn't get one. Is it possible to get invite to the same EX raid if I take down some other raid boss at the same exact gym between now and Sunday?

Normal raids will not spawn at a gym with an active EX countdown, so to answer your question, no, you cannot get an EX pass by participating in another raid at the same gym.

So for the next 4 days there won't be any raids at the gyms that the ex raids are at Saturday? There's a few people here that didn't get invites that will be raiding at those gyms in hopes of getting one

But when does the countdown start? I don't think it starts 4 days ahead of time.

I meant the internal countdown to the date/time of the actual raid, not a visible countdown.
