Stuck with Task, need help.

I Have Field Reserach done, but cannot claim it. Whenever i try i have Network Error (02) on the top of screen. Tried relog, reinstall App, use other devices. Nothing help.

Its possible to discard finished quest? I have now only available 2 quest slots, which sucks hard.

It might be something with time changing in Europe, cause i received that quest 1 hour before midnight from stop i did other quest before.
