Still worth powering up wigglytuff?

I have a 96% IV Wigglytuff with pound / play rough. With the nerf it took, it still worth power up till 30 or better keep low for prestige purposes?
Thanks!

For me, Wigglytuff was awesome only because of how she (lv 31) could easily take down at least 1.5-2.0 Dragonites of higher Cp in a row (1) more rapidly than Water Gun/Bite + Ice Beam -- Slowbro / Golduck / Blastoise -- can (2) without the need to dodge Dragon Breath / Dragon Claw. She is however useless against Dragonites with Steel Wing. Pre-nerf, the 3 Ice Beam pokemons can also achieve 1.5-2.0 if they dodge all/most attacks. Post-nerf, Wigglytuff won't be as powerful -- easily 1.0 Dragonites, 1.5 if you dodge all/most attacks. That's the same result you get from using the 3 Ice Beam pokemons (nerfed). Considering the Steel Wing limitation, I will just go straight for the Ice Beam pokemons and not use Wigglytuff at all.

She might be good on Chansey though. High dps and high hp (but not sure if she can survive not dodging Hyper Beam... no battling experience yet)

Noone needs to dodge Hyper Beam from Chansey, it hits about as hard as a Dragonite throwing a cucumber :)

I have a 98% IV Wiggly with Pound/Playrough as well as a 100% Pound/Dazzling Wiggly. I didn't bother powering up the 100% however the 98% I maxed out when I was level 27 (currently 28.5) but the nerf (CP change) has got me thinking I'm going to hold off on powering up a lot of Pokemon I was working on before.

I powered up a 1200 or so Jolteon since the buff (not maxed, but it's currently 2000) and powered up Slowbro whenever I get candies for it (currently 1700+). The rest I stopped powering up since the changes took effect.

Up to you, but that's my 2 cents. My Wiggly 98% is staying as is for now.
