Steelix as a Snorlax/Blissey counter?

With Iron Tail/Earthquake?

No type advantage on the attack-side, but resists all their attacks (Poison, Steel, Normal, Fairy, and Psychic), plus huge defense.

Does it have enough teeth to fight a Blissey without dodging? (assuming it will need the time and the energy it gets by taking hits...)

I have one with 91%IV, but only LV20 right now - haven't powered it up.
