Starmie Movesets?

Hidden Power has random (?) typing, and the typing you get affects the performance of your mon, so it becomes harder to make an absolute ms ranking.
Like Starmie, other pokes with hidden power haven't got their ms ranking updated yet, so my guess is that GP is still testing/looking for a good way to rank movesets with Hidden Power.

I would think that HiddenPw is primarily a defensive move, based on its cool down. It is likely usable on offense only if it gets STAB. On Defense, you either want STAB, or SE against grass. SE against dark along with psychics could also work. SE against ghost, bug, or electric would be less optimal. Whatever is left would clearly be suboptimal. Confused? I am....
