Sprint promo code not being emailed from Sprint?????

I signed up at a Sprint store for my Promo Code on May 30, 2017, but Sprint hasn't emailed to me the Promo Code!!! This is June 2, 2017. Phoned the Sprint store and they confirmed on their computer that I was signed up for the Promo Code.
Anyone else having this problem??
