Sprint Level Badge?

I have a sprint gym close to my work, they switched the icon from a picture of a cell phone to a picture with 4 circles showing every 10 levels in pokemon go. It says that you can come in and get a badge for your pokemon level.... Anyone done this, i am guessing it is something for just spinning just depending on your level.
