[Speculation] Deoxys Viability

A question asked yesterday had me wondering if Deoxys would see use over other psychic types or if it would be relegated to trophy status due to its extreme stat nature. To see what I mean, below are the projected stats for each form using the stat conversion formula:

[Form]: hp/atk/def
Normal: 100/345/115
Attack: 100/414/46
Defense: 100/114/330
Speed: 100/230/218

A few points of note stand out right away:
-Defense form has the highest defense stat among all psychic types including Lugia. That said, with less than half of Lugia's HP and singular resistance to fighting instead of double it likely won't replace it as the go-to bulky psychic attacker.
-Attack form takes the already glass cannon nature of Normal Deoxys and ramps it up to the most extreme limits we'll likely see in PoGo. An attack stat over 400 is terrifying in its own right, but unless its current charge moves get changed it may not get to use even a half bar move with its non-existent bulk.
-Speed likely won't see any use, having less effective bulk (HP*DEF) than other psychic types with a similar attack stat. Better moves could change this, but I don't see it happening.

For reference, it's current charge moves are Swift, Zap Cannon, and Psycho Boost. The two half bar moves have awful DPS*DPE and Zap Cannon is a full bar move, meaning the two with premier attack stats will be lucky to get one use out of it.

Normal: A less bulky Mewtwo. It may be useful if Psycho Boost gets a buff or it is easier for some players to get.

Attack: way too glassy to be useful.

Defense: with only 100 Hp, it's still less bulky than Lugia and Latias. In TDO, it will even lag Metagross.

Speed: Unlikely to outperform Gardevior, Metagross, or Exeggcutor.

In summary: Only the normal form has a chance to be useful; but if you are stacked with Mewtwo, probably not.

"Less bulky" is a pretty severe understatement. Normal form has a third of Mewtwo's bulk.

Also remember, they do tend to not put in the actual stats of attacks that are yet to be release for this very reason, they know people are going to dissect the living heck out of them, I mean people got trolled by them doing this with hydrocannon

I think a better example of getting "trolled" by move changes is Smack Down since it was actually in the game file as a Rock Throw clone until just before release. AFAIK Hydro Cannon's stats were purely speculation until release.

Normal form only has 60% of the bulk Gengar has, never mind the attack form. It seems to me that Deoxys would only be useful in matchups where the defender deals very little damage because otherwise it will faint too fast.

Unless they change the numbers on psycho boost so that it does more damage or isn't so ridiculously slow, Deoxys isn't likely to make much of an impact. Zen Headbutt/Psycho Boost isn't looking like a very impactful moveset.
Normal Forme - significantly less bulky than Mewtwo, and likely worse DPS output as well. I'm wondering if it can even outperform Alakazam?
Attack Forme - monstrous attack, but way too glassy. Will likely faint before doing anything impactful.
Defense Forme - less attack than Blissey, while also having lower bulk than the tanky Psychic types (Lugia, Metagross, Latias). No applicable use I can think of.
Speed Forme - best balance of attack/defense stats which, when combined with the low HP, results in a more underwhelming Alakazam.
