Special Moves on mass CD

Do we have solid evidence that the special moves will be available for the December mass community day? It would be pretty half-assed if we could get those pokemon but not get their special moves. Or are the special moves what has the time windows attached to them? The event sounds very interesting, but I'd like some more details. Don't want to get too worked up for something that turns out to be not what I was hoping for.

Things I want to do:

I want a few more Lick Gengar, Smack Down Ttar, MM Beldum, and Dratini (don't care that much about Draco Meteor, but want more Dragonite); would also like to add a few BB Charizard (caught a 98% Charmander two days after that CD), FP Venusaur, etc. Then I can fill in later with HP Feraligator, FP Sceptile, and BB Blaziken.

But if the special moves aren't there, then it's a good chance to catch a few Dratini, and the rest is meh.

Yes, I finally got this, a mere 8:45 after it went out. Thanks.

"- Special moves previously featured during Community Day events in 2018 will be available again during the weekend."

The only worry I have now is that they will be available, but not for the whole weekend. Suppose it's 3 hours to evolve to Pikachu with Surf, then three hours to evolve to Venusaur with FP, then three hours to evolve Dragonite with DM. Would be disruptive to my sleep, and would require more planning, but otherwise workable.

And yes, it looks like Lick Gengar won't be on the list, but I'll try to evolve one the minute the event begins. Maybe I should TM a Mewtwo, too.

Should be fun.

I mean if that was the case I think they would say that EACH mon will be getting it's one time slot. As it is they don't encourage people playing at night with the raid curfew so having special moves available at midnight goes against that idea. They said moves will be available during the weekend I take that to mean all weekend.

Also you don't evolve to a pikachu.

Special moves will be available as clearly stated in the in game announcement. Gengar was not a CD so I don't think lick will be available, but knowing Niantic it's worth trying to evolve one when the event start.

Pretty sure I have some 95+ charmander and bulbasaur hanging around ready to evolve. Other than that I'll have to see what I catch that weekend.

Wouldn’t it be easier to turn on the game and raid the news alert.... then going on line and writing a completely condescending and arrogant post?
