I was lucky enough to hatch both Male and female level 20 Rhyhorns with perfect IVs. They also have the same moves(Mud slap/Stone Edge)

My question is what benefit(s) will be passed on to the baby Ryhorn

Nothing, because breeding isn't in Pokemon Go.

In the main series games, IIRC, the offspring is the same evolutionary line as the female, it can get some moves from the male, and it gets some IVs randomly from both parents.

i thought in the some of the games you couldn't breed them if they had the same IV's either. I doubt whether breeding will be implemented esp if trading is as well. it will lead to a cottage industry of (mostly spoofers) selling reems of perfect t rexes and blisseys.

The benefit would be that it will be one of only 3 rhyhorns in the entire game to have Stone Edge as an attack because rhyhorn can't learn Stone Edge...

I disagree:

Edit: I now see OP claims to have them first in line. I clearly forget myself with all my silly nicknames.
