Sorry second question: What is Golem's Optimal quick move?

Mud shot is now much weaker after rebalance, weaker than mud slap even with dodging. Double rock movesets are simply amazing for Golem. No reason to keep its ground type movesets.

Without a doubt Rock Throw/Stone Edge is my preferred moveset for Golem.

Double rock because it is rare and gives you an edge on flying types, including Dragonite.
