Sometimes I hate this game

Since the release of gen 2 I finally gathered 125 Larvitar candies and guess what I got??? Yes, a Bite/Fire Blast T-rex. I already have one with B/C, but only 45% IV. Do you think I should wait and roll the dice again or power up one of those I already have?

It's still good that you have a Bite/Crunch lol. 45 IV as an attacker is reasonable enough, I powered my 40 IV Dragon Breath/Dragon Claw dragonite

I second that, my 38% DB/DC D'nite is awesome!

Anything with bite on him is elite. I caught a wild one, 2200 cp, crap IVs, with b/fb and he still performs exceptionally well against things like Snorlax and Blissey. If you are looking for an attacker, I would power up the one with crunch. Fire blast still isn't horrible, just not nearly as good as the other movesets. At least it wasn't it/fb...

Yeah I got IT/FB on my 93%, totally unusable...grinding for another and hoping for Bite. I'd rather Bite/FB than IT/anything.

Performance wise in sims it performs roughly the same as B/C. Both have separate defenders to target though.

It's not as bad as folks make it out to be. How badly do you need it? If you are in a Blissey hell like me my advise could be different from other situations.

Blissey is not a hell because I have a C/CC Machamp and I'm in South America, where I find Heracrosses all the time.

The one and only Tyranitar that I got has B/SE from an egg that I hatched and walked until I had enough candy to evolve him. To this day, haven't seen another Larvitar. Too bad it only has 75% IV.
