Some pokemon should have EXACTLY 0% Flee rates

My last 2 togetic ran at first ball... %5 flee rate 2x in a row.

Normally, I get freaking pidgeys and rattatas that run away.

That is how Niantic makes more money, you need to throw curved golden razz ultra excellent with expert handler.

At least it could be worse. You just know there's someone somewhere who finally found their first and only Unown, just for it to break out and run away first throw.
