It seems Solrock and Lunatone alternates every 12 hours. Is it true? I have yet to see any Solrock in APAC region.

No, I don't find that to be the case either. Have only seen Lunatone's at night in Australia.

The error has been fixed.

They should just be a day/night pokemon, fitting for their themes. But all I have seen in Romania are Lunatones in the evening / at night.

Only seen Solrock here in Canada... and amusingly, only at night. Only when it's Partly Cloudy (so weather boosted).

They are regional according to the latest report by Gamepress.
