Soloing Ursaring?

According to the legacy raid guide of Ursaring, it wasn't a particularly hard duo (it required level 30 counters, less with weather and/or friendship boosts). But that was before both the Stat and type effectiveness rebalance. Now that Ursaring returns after those changes, is it a feasible solo?

These are level 40, 84+% with 15 ATK, cloudy weather.

You need to average a minimum of 41.6 DPS across the 180 seconds to solo a T4.

It's soft, but not Absol soft. Even under cloudy weather Machamp comes up short of the minimum DPS needed. I imagine a "mock solo" is possible, where you have a best friend sit in the raid and contribute nothing to the fight.
