I tried to Solo Kazam PC/FS with this
Gengar SC/SB 2416
Ttar B/SE 3515
Ttar B/SE 3161
Gary B/HP 3140
Gary B/HP 3003
Scizor FC/X 2602
Came up short every time (total of 3 trys) I blame mostly the bugs game wasted about the first 7 seconds loading the GO and it would stop me with remaining 4 seconds instead of going down to 0
This was my lineup vs C/FS and I finished with only 4s left and it took several tries to get it.
2373 cp Lv 34 H/ShB Gengar
3470 cp Lv 36.5 B/C Ttar
3280 cp Lv 33 B/C Ttar
2423 cp Lv 31.5 FC/XS Scizor
2901 cp Lv 28 B/C Ttar
3112 cp Lv 30 B/SE Ttar
So you aren't quite there yet. Gyrados and Dragonite are going to be too slow unless you are Lv 37+ and you max them. DO NOT TM the Golem. He is of no use vs Zam with any moveset. I don't think the Scizor has good enough stats to be worth powering up to the breakpoints. I don't have a quality Pinsir yet, so I can't comment there. Focus on bringing another good TTar up to level 30+ range, two if you can afford it.
I soloed Alakazam for the first time today - so I have the definitive answer for you: Maybe, if you are lucky!
Today was only my second ever successful Level 3 Raid Boss solo. Here was my successful team against Alakazam:
3243 B/SE Tyranitar
3224 B/SE Tyranitar
3018 B/C Tyranitar
2185 S/FP Houndoom
2955 B/C Tyranitar
2067 S/FP Houndoom.
Only the first two Tyranitars fainted. I won using the third Tyranitar, which had 22 HP left at the end. I never got to my last 3 attackers.
However, that was my fifth try on that raid boss during that raid. I ran four prior battles, losing them all, at least one with a nearly identical lineup. What was the difference? The difference was not on my side. It was on the Alakazam's side. In my successful raid, the Alakazam failed to make at least one major attack. There is some randomness to what a raid boss does. I got lucky and the boss skipped a charge move (or maybe even two) against me. Suddenly, I was ahead on damage done versus time remaining metric and I held on to win with 4 seconds left. And that is why the correct answer to your question is: "Maybe, if you are lucky!"
