So what kyogres have you guys fished up?

first and only one so far was 14a 11s 15s. got lucky with it, caught it without a throw bonus on a second ball that actually hit it.

excellents are just too difficult because the radius of the white circle is small which means the size of the circle that is considered an excellent throw is also smaller.

it's why getting excellents on lugia is easy when the same size inner circle on another pokemon would probably be considered great.

plus being further away means more travel time on the ball and less time for you to throw it during the attack animation to guarantee a hit. usually I spin 2-3 times and that works for me against closer bosses like tyranitar and the legendary beasts but is too slow vs kyogre.

Got the same 2312 as you did. Gonna max it out I reckon... Sounds tempting this early on already.

Pretty happy with this - will wait to power up, but probably only a weather boosted will tempt me to power something else. Caught 2/6 so far, it’s a bitch! Added bonus: did not have to CTM for HydroPump!

2315 - IV 96% 14a/14d/15hp

Caught these 5 out of 10 raids... Kyogre is really harder to hit excellents than the other legendary Pokémon.

i got a 15a/15d/14hp 2322 kyogre and a15a/14d/13hp 2312 kyogre - i caught 6 out of 8

Caught one out of 2. 2319.. Switch to AR+ mode.. sooooo much easier to catch.

First one had 10 balls.. missed with 8 and I have 49 Groudons. The second had 10 balls, switched to AR+ and hit both the first and second ball, caught on second.

Only 2 for 5 so far, but I totally lucked out on this one for my first. Still trying to get better at throwing at it.

I had all Kyogres run away yesterday. Including a weather boosted CP 2900.

I hope you realize you're filthy lucky to have that good IVs after just 2 days of Kyogre raids. I expect to get at most 1 that good during the entire month.

I caught 6/6. My luck with catching is amazing, my luck with good IV not so much. My best is a 2318, next is a 2301. The others are so bad, they are not even appraised wonder, I released them right away

I was very lucky and caught my first Kyogre, weather boosted, on the only raid I was able to do on Friday (unfortunately RL - work - interferes this weekend). I would power him up further if I had any rare candy.

I caught him with golden razz and great straight ball after missing a few times.

His current CP is 2905; I used TM to get HP.
