So is spinda in the game yet?

There was an APK teardown that said Spinda was in but I have yet to have seen any, in gyms, spawns or eggs.

It's not in the game just yet. I believe there is still a handful of Gen 3 Mons yet to be introduced. So we'll likely get another release wave sometime in the near future, or maybe they will be available via the quest system slated to release later this week.

8 more to be released, excluding Legendary and Mythical Pokemon. Two evolve sets of 3 and two stand alones.

There was an APK teardown that said assets related to Spinda are in, not that Spinda is in. It's at least a sign that they'll release the mon at some point.
