Wondering if it's worth leveling up a Snorlax with Zenheadbutt and Earthquake to fight against a Lapras

For Lapras, I use arcanine to attack as long as dodging well. Ur snorlax have defensive movesets. As an attacker, I feels lick is much quickly to build ur energy bars.

Even so, Snorlax is never a bad pokemon. Even with your moveset he will do well on attack.
Not specifically against a Lapras though but he'll do fine.
