Snorlax power up

I was extremely lucky with snorlax so far. Caught a few and hatched 4 (2 during double candy event). I have powered up this guys:
1)96iv ZH/HB lvl 31.5
2)93iv L/BS lvl 30
3)78iv ZH/HB lvl 30
4)80iv ZH/HB lvl 30
5)87iv L/Eq lvl 29 (will get this to lvl 30, need candys)
what would you do now? Continue to power up this guys or start powering up the others I have (lower level but with 82+ iv)? Still trying to find a ZH/BS...
I have snorlax has buddy.

I would go to 35 with the 96%. Unfortunately, BS is now a legacy move. It was replaced with heavy slam, a steel-type move. It doesn't STAB, but will be SE vs rock; so the jury is out on whether it is better.

SE is the same Bonus as STAB but SE will only be in certain cases wheras STAB always happens. Heavy slam is definitely inferior.

You are probably right, though golem and rhydon were two popular snorlax counters. I always preferred watergun slobro, myself (until I know I am against lick).

Power up 1 and 2 as much as you can.

Power up 1 and 2 for sure. Now BS is a 3 bar charge move Snorlax hits off so many BSs in a battle that the quick move doesn't really matter.

Personally, I have chosen 15 mon with the highest potential (CP), and train them to their max lvl (now 36,5). You just need around 15 Good defenders for high lvl Gyms, in the end, what will you really do with 50 lvl 30 ones?

In your case, lvl up the first one. Great moveset, high lvl, high IV.

Good strategy. The next question is what to do with Tyranitar and any other high CP mons that come out that could out max CP the ones you already have. It will cost a lot more to get them to max level, than the two bump of your current mons on leveling up.

Good point. Thing is, Larvitar is so rare, none of my friends (or anyone I know) has even seen him, except from eggs. To make a Larvitar lvl 20 Tyrannitar lvl 33 is around 250 Candy, so I don't expext many of them in Gyms, except spoofers, of course.

Btw: what is your strategy, regardig gym placement?
