The Snorlax Dilemma

I'm Level 35 and I have 130 Snorlax Candies.
How should I invest them?
All IVs are in format: HP ATT DEF
This is my fat army atm:

3012 lev 33 Zen/Earthq 98% 15 15 14

2810 lev 31 Zen/Hyper 71% 10 10 12

2645 lev 30.5 Zen/Hyper 36% 4 3 9

2584 lev 30 Zen/Body 31% 6 0 8

2493 lv.27 Lick/Body 60/62% 5 13 10 / 5 14 8

1898 lv.20 Lick/Earthq 96% 15 15 13

1358 (irrelevant) Zen/Hyper 56% 7 9 9

1111 lev 12 Zen/Hyper 84% 15 8 15

816 lev. 9 Zen/Body 69% 9 7 15

422 Buddy (irrelevant) Zen/Body

I'm focusing onto these two:
-Good IV candidate (Z/HB 15 8 15)
-Legacy (Z/BS 9 7 15) but inferior IV to^
...though I started to ponder the 2493 L/BS one for cheaper candy expense,
Or just use candies on 3012 and 2810 toward upper levels.

I aim to just walk Chansey, now on, as a long term buddy so I don't expect to add many more candies anytime soon. Thank You!

The only snorlax you want to power up is ZH/BS. All others are practically useless. Snorlax is for defending only now

Nonesense. Any snorlax is an asset to a gym, regardless of moveset, simply due to typing and HP. It's a deterrent for anyone.

I would agree with the other comment that you probably want to concentrate on your higher CP as to get the most high CP snorlaxes possible. I would say as long as it's ZH and not Lick, any charge move will do a decent enough job.

BS probably the best for the most part, but HB is also decent as it can really cause problems, even if dodged. There is still a bug in the game when a charge move is dodged, but the pokemon faints anyways, but them comes back invisible, but then "faints" again and that's pretty much the end of the round for that mon. HB hit even harder now, so I would say it is worth just as much as BS.

If you dont plan do walk with snorlax and dont catch a wild one often, then 130 candies is not a lot.
And you dont have a very strong one to power up. So i would not start powering a new one.
Iwould just boost the 3000 and 2800 ones who have decent/very good moveset and verygood IV/ decent moveset

84% IV with 8 in attack is not great. It's fine but with such low CP it's nit worth it for me.
